Monitoring

Monitoring the temperature is of utmost importance, especially for installations or environments where temperature settings are critical to a greater or lesser extent. Monitoring should therefore occur basically around the clock. This enables undesirable deviations to be detected at a very early stage so that the risk of damage due to product decay, or even lost turnover, can be minimized.
