For the optimal preservation of perishable goods, it is crucial that these products are stored at the correct temperature and humidity levels. Important criteria include the right balance of temperature, airspeed, and relative humidity. The product should not dry out and should not be too moist due to the risk of bacterial growth. PCT designs a specific cooling or freezing system for each product or production process. Custom solutions can also be provided for spaces where order picking, product processing, and packaging take place. PCT provides, among other things, cooling and freezing systems for:
